Why do you want a receiver for that? As you can use the Spotify app and the Airplay feature of the C3, all you need is a HDMI/ARC converter and some trigger cables (ask Steve@SoundsHeavenly for that) to get sound from your tv. Or buy

Thanks for tip Millemis. I wasn't aware that I might be able to just use a converter. :) A couple of follow ups:

• Would I be able to add a subwoofer (e.g. BL11) via the converter you linked to? I guess just split the signal using a classic powerlink splitter or daisy-chain the speakers?
• What DAC is then used, the TVs I assume?
• Does an eARC converter allow for connections to a subwoofer? I could only find ones with left/right line out.
• The TV would need to be on when playing music I guess, right (as I am playing through the TV)?

I did find a DAC/pre-amp that looked promising. Wiim Pro/Ultra, but it is in a little higher price range. Thanks Christian

1: yes, a splitter and or daisychaining will do. 2: the converter contains a digital to analog converter….otherwise it would not work! 3: that depends on the setup/the sub etc. The PL out on the linked version is also just L/R….it is just easier when you use Beolabs to have PL-out on the converter straight away. Some subs have connections for L/R pass through (and some sort of bas management). 4: sure, in that case the tv has to be on. Alternatively - since you have two sets of Beolabs -  you could create two sets…..one for tv and one for music. Personally I would not mind the tv being on - for longer listening sessions you can mute/turn off the picture of the C3. P.S. If you go for the WiiM Ultra, you can connect the C3 there - it contains a HDMI/ARC Converter. (The similar B&O device is the Beosound Connect Core). It also has a trigger port, so you’d only need the ‘right cables’ for the connection to your Beolabs. Feel free to ask Steve@SoundsHeavenly, if you are in the UK.
