Hi all, not sure if anyone can support but I have an Amazon 4k firestick which is controlled by the Beo-remote and up until this week has been working perfectly for the last 2 yrs to navigate its menu. However its suddenly stopped working this week, I know the Beo remote is fine as all other connected equipment work fine with it eg SkyQ , Apple TV box and any associated LG apps on TV like You Tube. Its an odd one, when I rebooted firestick it temporarily  worked again(albeit for a few seconds) but then stopped. I'm having to use the regular firestick remote but its a nuisance as everything else is controlled by Beo-remote. I'm not sure if this has been experienced by anyone else in the community ? My local B&O shop from where I purchased my equipment and which they installed for me, advise its not an issue they are aware off and tbh don't think its a high priority on their service level. I can only assume some recent software update or setting on firestick is now preventing the Beo-remote from controlling the firestick (PS I have the Beo Sound Theatre with B28's as front pair and Beo 18's as rear with theatre as centre channel and heart of system) Any feedback appreciated, thanks.
