BEO 4 Remote LCD Screen

Hi, I’m looking to replace a cracked screen on one of my BEO 4 remotes. I can’t find any online, but I have two a.tape / v.tape models and the replacement screen is a a.mem / v.mem model. Are the LCDs interchangeable between models? I could then just swap one out….. Any help appreciated. Cheers
