My Beo 6 went dead during an attempted software uploading. I have unplugged the battery and replaced battery with a new one. I cannot get screen to light up? I also do not see the light on the keypad turn on. I have tried another keypad that I know works but still no screen buttons. Did I kill the screen?
any suggestions?
