Beogram 8000 runs at take off speed

Aloha Guys/Gals , I just picked up a Beogram 8000 here in Kona Hawaii, I re soldered the pins on the PCB for the power supply & she is alive now but the speed is way too fast . It has the metal tachodisc installed correctly I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction . It's a very nice , clean turntable & I want to get it right. Also the digital display is not displaying right & the start button is a bit hit n miss . I have not removed the button pcb yet. Thanks for reading this hopefully we can fix it together. Hawaii Steve.
