Initially all the music sources except B&O Radio disappeared within the sources within the app. However Deezer would still play if selected within the bottom row on the app. This mean't you could not start Deezer with the remote. I opened a support ticket, and the technical team requested remote access and was able to restore the missing Music sources. Subsequently, I have now lost ALL the listening positions from selecting List/Speaker on the remote. As a test a did copy an existing listening position within the app and this did show on the remote, but the pre-existing listening positions are still missing. The Technical team have attempted to reset this remotely which resulted in the "test" listening position also disappearing.   Has anyone had anything similar or have any suggestions. I have tried, re-pairing/Factory reset of remote  etc without any success.
