BeoStage & BeoEdge. - Disturbing

I was browsing around eBay when I saw a listing for Beosound Stage Soundbar and SubWoofer Sound System (Bundled). That is not the Beosound Stage I was expecting.  It is what is actually called BeoStage and the companion subwoofer from what looks like a generic company called beostage.com. There is very little on the web page about the products.  The box has several stylized "BO" logos so it looks like they are attempting to have it confused with B&O.  The listings on eBay are at sharp discounts from the stated MSRP, and I've seen "B&O" and "Beosound" stated in the listings.  I haven't seen any pictures of the actual product, just pictures of the boxes which are definitely not B&O products. I would be surprised in any unsuspecting buyer wound get a working product, just based on the information provided.
The actual products on the website would never be confused with anything from B&O

Location: Toronto, Canada

They are not targeting people who really know B&O, just those that know their reputation for quality products.  Their website does a pretty good job of not being affiliated with B&O, but the product box sold by questionable sellers might be a little more misleading.
And the picture they've used in their 'Contact Us' section is a picture of Heinz Klaus of German loudspeaker manufacturer HEDD Audio! How on earth do they get away with this?
Here is a picture from one of the eBay listings for a Beosound Stage with the BO logo
This looks like its just an evolution of the white van speaker scam, but now on-line.
eBay is 100% complicit in this fraud. I reported this listing as a fake and they replied that it doesn’t violate any of their policies. So I take that to mean they are totally fine with counterfeit goods being sold on their site.
One advantage to this marketplace over a white van in the parking lot is that the buyer should have an avenue to getting a refund.  Ebay or PayPal should refund the money if the buyer finds that this product doesn't work as expected.  The person who buys this probably just has a faint knowledge of B&O and that it is a high-end brand.  They probably don't know how their products sound, so either they will except this fake product for how it sounds or think B&O is really junk and ask for a refund.
