Beovision MX1500 and NTSC source

Hi, I have a Beovision MX1500 that I want to use with a Super Nintendo NTSC. The console is modded to output RGB signal and support NTSC/PAL carts. I was not able to have a video output using my setup (sounds works), but it works perfectly on the Beovision AV9000. I think it has something to do with NTSC support, but I thought that it won't matter with RGB output. It seems to be the case. I am not very technical savy on theses questions, so feel free to tel me if I did something stupid :). cheers, S.
I don't think that the MX1500 was ever capable of processing NTSC signals, except perhaps if it were available in North America? It was based on a Philips chassis, and adapted to function in specific markets, but none of the variants seem to cope with NTSC. The AV9000 and most other B&O tv's of that era were built "in house" by B&O and were multistandard designs, albeit only via the av ports. I think that you will some sort of standards converter box to use your console with the MX1500. Great little telly's though, with super picture quality? Nick
