Is it only minijack i can use as input? Sound is delayed when i use it from TV to the core. The Optical is only for output?

The minijack connector is a combo 3.5mm analogue jack and optical input. You can connect optical from the TV to it with a suitable toslink to 3.5mm cable or adaptor for a regular toslink cable.
In the setting, go to line in and disable delay. That will fix your sync problem.
