Hi - first off let me say I am a bit technologically challenged and I am hoping someone can help me. The preset buttons on the top of my Beosound Balance are not working.  I used to be able to touch one and it would play a preset.  If I did a long touch it would ask me if I wanted to change the preset. Now if I touch a button the little white dots that show the volume just blink and nothing happens.  The dots that blink are on the right side - there are like 4 of them and they just blink. I've unplugged the unit twice but still having this issue. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Any direction you can give me is greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
