Hi All,
I recently setup my Theatre to my LG G2 and sound is amazing and loving the quality. I also have connected via HDMI my SKQ Q Box to the TV. Before the Theatre i could control the volume of my soundbar (SONOS ARC) with the SKY Q remote.
Since the Theatre i am unable to do this and having to either APP or LG Remote.
Any Suggestions on how to overcome this or connection i am doing wrong?

Hi J and welcome to the forum
I assume that you want to use the Beoremote One!
I do not know the Sky Q Box - but from reading about the box, it should have an ir receiver.
So it should be possible to connect an ir blaster there and use the B&O PUC solution instead of relying on CEC controlling.
You must connect the box to one of the HDMI ports on the BST and the PUC cable there too.

Thank for your response, the BeoRemote One is the next step and will be getting that soon.
I will try the above and see how it goes, hopefully will resolve the issue.
